Basava Vasathi Yojana Status: The Honorable Karnataka State Cheif Minister B. S. Yediyurappa Garu has launched more than Forty-five schemes to give financial support to the Karnataka State Poor people. Earlier, the RGRHCL Karnataka has initiated the Basava Vasathi Yojana scheme to provide the pucca house to the Below poverty line (BPL) SC/ST/OBC people.
This scheme’s main intention behind the commencement of this scheme is to help the homeless people by providing the house at subsidy Cost. Under this scheme, beneficiaries will get 85% of the Housing Raw Material from the State government. The rest of the amount should be paid by yourself.

Eligibility:
- Applicants must be a citizen of Karnataka State.
- The Karnataka State Rural area EWS (Economical Weaker Section) SC/ ST/ OBC beneficiaries will eligible for this scheme.
- Beneficiaries’ family annual Income must be less than 1 lakh only.
- The ownership of the house will be sanctioned to the Adult woman of the family.

How to apply online for Basava Vasathi Yojana Scheme?
1st Step: First, Applicants must visit the Official website i.e. https://ashraya.karnataka.gov.in/Index_Kan.aspx.
2nd Step: You need to click on the Basava Vasathi Yojana Scheme registration link.
3rd Step: Enter the details of the applicants such as Name of the Citizen, Moblie number, Gender, Mandal, District & Village names, address of the applicant, Aadhar card Number and etc.
4th Step: After filling in the required details, beneficiaries must upload the Aadhar card front and back page, Passport size photo of the applicant, and Income Certificate.
5th step: Before submitting the application form recheck all the details either correct or not and then hit on the Submit application form button.
6th Step: Finally, beneficiaries will get the reference ID. Applicants can use this reference ID and track the status of the application.
