CSMCL Liquor Online Booking Portal has introduced by the State government of Chhattisgarh to avoid overcrowding at government-run wine shops. Chhattisgarh State Marketing Corporation Limited is commonly preferred as CSMCL.
CSMCL has started the Liquor Home Delivery system on 4th May 2020. CSMCL Liquor Online Booking is the New platform. And the govt has specially developed it to Supply the liquor doorstep.
Due to the national-wide Lockdown, the state govt is not allowing the people to come outside. So, Chhattisgarh has taken the decision to supply the liquor online to avoid gathering people at the liquor shops.
CSMCL Liquor Online Booking App Home Delivery Chhattisgarh
In Chhattisgarh state, the liquor shops were closed on March 23rd due to the Lockdown and it has re-opened on Monday across the state except in red Zones and containment zones in CG state. The state govt has granted Permission to open the wine shops in Green and Orange Zones only and also it has suggested to the Customers to ensure the Social Distancing.
The Opposition party BJP has raised Questions against the Chhattisgarh government’s decision of Online booking wine as “Shameful” and appealed to take back the decision.
After starting the Online Liquor booking system in Tamil Nadu, Delhi, and Maharashtra state, the CG state has also initiated a new platform to supply the liquor Home Delivery.
The CSMCL has introduced not only the web portal but also it has initiated a new Mobile application called CSMCL Online app. Customers who want to book liquor online can place an order through the CSMCL Online Portal or else mobile application.
Customers can place an order up to Rs.5000 only. The home delivery charges will be added which is Rs.120. People can book wine or Beer Order online by using a mobile application or CSMCL portal i.e. www.csmcl.in.
Objective:
The main aim of this Platform to maintain Social Distancing and Stopping people to come outside during the period of lockdown.
Important Instructions:
- Only above 21 years people should place a Liquor order.
- Without a Proper address, the home delivery order will be canceled automatically.
- Before placing the wine order, Customers must register their names through the CSMCL portal.
- Home Delivery Charges will vary based on the liquor order.

The Process to Place the Liquor order through CSMCL portal:
1st Step: First, Customers must visit the CSMCL portal i.e. www.csmcl.in.
2nd Step: Click on the register option and enter the details like रोल चुनें, मोबाईल नंबर, पासवर्ड. And hit on the Register Online button.
3rd Step: After registering the account, now you need to log in to the CSMCL Online Portal page by using the user name and password.
4th Step: And Choose your wishing liquor or wine and add it to the cart. Provide the address and other details. Pay the Online Payment through Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card and etc.
5th Step: If your payment will Sucess, your order will be delivered within 24 hours to 48 hours.

Book Liquor through CSMCL Online app:
1st Step: Consumers who need to place an order of your wishing the Liquor in CG state through the Android mobile application can go through the Google Play Store and type CSMCL online.
2nd Step: And hit on the Install Button and Install the CSMCL Mobile app on your Android Device.
3rd Step: Next, People must complete the 8 steps such as Sign up, log in, select your area name, choose the liquor shop, Select liquor or wine or Beer, Number of Items, Fill the details, and Payment Process.
4th step: After successful completion of the above given 8 steps, Consumers will get an order successful SMS to your registered mobile number. And the order will be placed within 24 to 48 hours.

I have placed an order of liquor on 10th May also made payment on same day. But on 11th May a message received on my mobile that your order has been cancelled due to distance limit. I cancelled my order and a new order again placed by me on 12th May by 9.20AM as the sufficient amount for home delivery remains in my account. But again its 9.45PM neither my order delivered to me nor any msg from department. Your customer care numbers are also not connected. Why you are joking with customers?

मैंने १५/०५/२०२१ को शराब होम डिलीवरी के लिए csmcl में लागिन उपरांत कुछ प्रक्रिया के तहत मेरे खाते से ३०६२.३६ ₹ कट गया जो कि csmcl के मेरे ग्राहक खाते के वालेट में ये पैसा नहीं दर्शा रहे हैं इसके उपरांत csmcl में इसके पोर्टल में लिखा हुआ है कि जिसके खाते से पैसे कट गया है और उसके वालेट में पैसा नहीं दर्शा रहें हैं तो स्वत:ही उसके मूल खाते या वालेट में ४८घंटा या सात दिन उपरांत पैसा आ जायेगा जो कि पैसा अभी तक मेरे खाते में नहीं आया है जो कि गलत है मैंने की बार csmcl के सहायता नंबर में काल करने पर रिंग तो जाती हैं मगर कोई रिसीव नहीं होता है , मेरे उस दिन के आडर आईं डी :-१२९९६२१५३३३ है और काटी गई राशि ३०६२.३६ ₹ है
