DDA housing scheme Registration: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has introduced the new innovative programme called DDA Housing Scheme on 02.01.2021 for all category people like HIG, MIG, LIG, and EWS.
In the state of Delhi, day by day housing prices are increasing so the Higher Authority of DDA has launched a housing scheme in the respective areas to overcome this situation. Approximately, one thousand three hundred Fifty-four new flats are going to sell by the DDA to all category citizens at the allotted areas in Delhi state.
DDA Higher Authority’s main ambition is to offer the 1354 flats in the selected areas for all category people at low prices. Delhi Development board has already launched more housing schemes in Delhi in the financial years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020. Every year DDA prefers the first priority for the Delhi citizens and offers flats at very low costs.
According to the DDA housing 2022 new programme, around 1354 new flats will be offered by the DDA Board at low prices for all category individuals. DDA has said that the new housing scheme 2021 will be applicable for four categories such as HIG, MIG (Middle Income Group), LIG, and EWS/ Janta Group.

Delhi state government has given approval for 1354 flats to build houses through this scheme in the respective areas so people who are interested to buy it can visit the DDA official website and book the flat under this scheme by paying the Processing fee. According to the details listed in the flat brochure Of the DDA 2021 scheme, the total number of flats offer in HIG / LIG / EWS categories are two hundred and fifty-four, 754, 52, and 292 respectively.
The cost of each flat in the high-income group is 1.97 cr to 2.15 cr, the brochure said. In the same way, the HIG Flats are a triple bedroom, hall, kitchen, and 2BHK. The MIG and LIG flats are 2BHK, 1 BHK. DDA chairman Anil Baijal Garu has launched this DDA housing 2021 scheme in December last week 2020 through the video conference.
Scheme Registration dates:
The DDA 2021 housing scheme registration process has begun on 2nd January 2021. Officials will stop taking the online application forms of the DDA housing scheme on 26th February 2021.
