Dharani Telangana Portal has launched by the Telangana State government on 29th October 2020. The TS State CM KCR Garu has decided to re-establish the Dharani Telangana Portal with modern features. The main objective behind starting the TS Dharani re-designed portal is to host the complete TS State land records, non-Agriculture, and agriculture Property details on the Dharani portal.
Before Dasara Festival, the CM KCR Garu has instructed the Officials and explained the concerned task of the Dharani Portal Establishment. And he Spoke with the District collectors and MRO officers through the Video Conference about the Dharani Portal and presented the new Features & Functioning of the new portal.
The Telangana government is going to monetize the complete activities such as Online Registrations, Registration Fee transactions, Land Records, issuing the non-Agriculture and agriculture Property Passbook and etc. Dharani Portal is the Digital Platform that helps Citizens to know the complete Property details.

Latest news on 29th October 2020: Telangana DHARANI Portal Grand Launch will be done at 1:00 PM at Medchal by CM KCR garu. After launching the Dharani Portal he will talk with the farmer people of Medchal.
In the year 2016, the Dharani Portal has started by the TS State govt. But due to technical issues, the Complete information has not hosted by the Revenue Department. So, the CM KCR Garu has decided to launch the Dharani Portal with the new activities for the financial year 2020-2021.
Already, the CM Garu has instructed the officials to give awareness on the Dharani portal for the Revenue Officers and MRO Officers. The Training Sessions to give awareness of the Dharani are being conducted by the state government.
Now, the state govt is ready to launch the Dharani Portal on 29.10.2020. The Telangana state citizens who have agriculture and non-agriculture properties must check their Property details and other information through the Dharani portal.
About TS Dharani Non- Agriculture Registrations:
Recently, the State govt of Telangana has introduced the new scheme namely TS Dharani NPB (Non-Agriculture Property book), and instructed the GHMC, Municipality, and Grama Panchayat divisional officers to register the non-Agriculture property details through the Dharani portal.
The main intention behind launching the NPB registration programme is to host the non – agriculture property details on the Dharani portal and issue the Passbooks. The Online and offline registration process of TS Dharani NPB has started on October 1st, 2020. Already, the House to house survey has started by the Grama Panchayat divisions.

How to check Non- agriculture Property Details via Dharani:
1st Step: First, Citizens should visit the Dharani Portal i.e. www.dharani.telangana.gov.in.
2nd Step: And, tap on the link of the Non-Agriculture option.
3rd Step: Click on the check property Option.
4th Step: Select Property PTIN or House Number.
5th Step: If you Select the House Number, you will have to Select the details like District, Mandal, Village, Ward Number, Block number, Locality, House Number, Plot Number.
6th Step: Then, Click on the Fetch button and check the non-Agriculture property details.
TS Dharani Land registration Slot booking Online:
To complete the agricultural and no agriculture land registration through the Dharani Portal you need to book a slot through the Dharani portal. The clear procedure to book a slot Online is listed below.
1. Citizens of TS who want to book a slot Online must visit the Dharani Telangana portal i.e. www.dharani.telangana.nic.in.
2. And click on the agricultural option and tap the link of Slot booking for citizens which is placed on the left side of the Dharani home page.
3. If you don’t have an account please go through the signup option.
4. Then, complete the Dharani sign up process by entering the Mandatory details like 10 digits valid Mobile number, password, captcha code.
5. After finishing the Dharani new user Signup process, Citizens must log in to the slot booking for citizens’ pages by giving the registered mobile number and password.
6. Then, select the date, time, and book the slot to complete the agricultural or Non-agriculture land registration.
