Haryana Job Recruitment CET Portal: Haryana government brings government job information to the candidates of their respective careers. A candidate can use the portal by making one-time registration at a nominal cost. The general category candidates must make a payment of INR 500.00 and reserved category candidates can pay as low as Rs.250.
The portal service is completely automated and the government of Haryana publishes every notification it releases for Group C and Group D services. The portal provides many features that benefit the candidates who approach it.
Haryana Job Recruitment CET Portal 2022 (One Time Registration) Login Details:
The Haryana state CM, Sri. Manohar Lal Khattar Garu launched the ‘Haryana One Time Registration (OTR) Portal’ on January 12th, 2021, and its last date to apply for registration was March 31, 2021. The scheme benefits the candidates as they will be able to access the Haryana Government Jobs. That too, making a registration on a one-time registration (OTR).
The government has opened the portal for candidates and the portal address is www.onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in. The portal projects complete transparency and speed up recruitment procedures. The portal shall put on its dashboard the status of recruitment from stage to stage.
Conditions for Group C & Group D Job applicants:
The portal supports Group C & Group D category posts and also includes non-gazetted teaching posts. Now, the government of Haryana decides on the filling of the Group C, and Group D posts through a common eligibility test (CET). It is here that the portal shall serve as the basis for applying online.
Therefore, candidates who desire the Haryana government jobs must register at the web portal and even submit fees for common eligibility tests. The Haryana OTR website shall be integrated with the Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) and this will enable the portal to access the details of the candidates.
In case a candidate fails to produce the Parivar pehchan Patra then such a candidate must obtain the Parivar Pehchan Patra from the nearby government-authorized center. To obtain a domicile certificate from the government agencies a candidate must have a continuous stay of at least 5 years.
Features of Allotted Registration for candidates:
The web portal shall provide a unique number after completion of the registration. The unique number is defined based on the education qualification and relevant experience in a job environment. The government goes liberal on the web portal, it allows the tenth pass, and twelfth pass students to seek enrolment. Students who are doing their tenth, and twelfth can also fill in a provisional application.
The government conducts the examination of Group c and Group d, separately. The OTR Registration is valid for 3 years only. The Selection of Group D posts are made on merit based on the Common entrance test. The candidate’s socio-economic criteria is also in consideration while judging the candidates for the job selections.
For Group C posts, all registered applicants are expected to clear their departmental tests besides the CET. Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar gave socio-economic status as a criterion when selecting for the jobs. For instance, 10 percent weightage is given for Group D posts and 5 percent weightage is provided for Group C posts.
Remember! Points before Registering for Govt. Jobs:
1. The candidate must qualify in the Haryana State Eligibility Test only then the candidate is permissible to apply for the Group C & D recruitment posts of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission.
2. An applicant must enter an active mobile number as the OTP is received to that number only.
3. The applicants should remit the registration fees that are Rs.500 for the general category, and two hundred and fifty for the reserved category.
4. The applicant is instructed to fill in the application form correctly, if any discrepancies are found it shall be rejected or lead to cancellation of the registration form.
5. After completion of the application form, a unique identity number shall be issued to the applicant. The number shall be based on the education qualification and the work experience if any.
6. It is recommended that the applicant should make a download of a soft copy for future reference.
One Time Registration (OTR) Process:
1st Step: To register on the Haryana OTR portal, applicants must visit the official website i.e. https://onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in/eforms/login.aspx. The applicant must enter the registered mobile number available on the homepage.
2nd Step: The One-time password (OTP) that is received to the applicant’s mobile number and the applicants should be entered in the available column.
3rd Step: The web portal shall open a new page that provides instructions, and the applicant must read carefully and continue to click the, I agree, option. After that, applicants will have to Finish the OTR form in six steps.
4th Step: The applicant must enter the Resident details, basic details and then click on the next option.
5th Step: The applicant must enter every mentioned detail, disability details, and extracurricular activities such as sports, etc.
6th Step: The applicant must fill in the communication details, and educational details.
7th Step: The applicant must provide documentary, visual proof of existence, such as photographs, and a signature. The applicant must maintain the standard size and format.
8th Step: The applicant must enter the socio-economic criteria and work experience details in the next step.
9th Step: In the end, the applicant is supposed to upload the print along with the signed copy of the application. Click on the ‘add document.’

Haryana Job Recruitment CET Portal Login:
1. Visit the Haryana OTR website i.e. www.onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in.
2. The candidate must Enter the registered mobile number, and captcha code, and click on the login option. Then the web portal will lead to the inner pages of HSSC.
One Time Registration Payment Issues (Concerns):
There may be a possibility that the payment doesn’t show up in the applicant’s account. In such circumstances, applicants should enter the check your payment concern page i.e. https://onetimeregn.haryana.gov.in/PaymentConcerns.aspx.
And, enter the applicant’s registration id, mobile number, name, and GRN. After which, the applicant’s concern shall be attended.
