ICEGATE Registration Process:
The ICEGATE conducts the entire processing of the bill of entry, the shipping bills, and all essential documents online. Hence it becomes necessary for all such businesses to register at ICEGATE, and the processes are simple.
1st Step: Go to the official web portal for ICEGATE and get into the services section of the home page and click on the simplified registration module.
2nd Step: Once you hit on the Simplify Registration link, the applicants must feed the details of IEC, GSTIN and hit on the Submit button. If these details do not match, then the applicant must wait for 24 hours. Again, enter the details correctly, then proceed.
3rd Step: After validating the details, applicants must enter the ICEGATE ID, new password and confirm the password as per the instructions on the web page. The portal will collect the mobile number and email from the GST details. Then, click the submit button.
4th Step: To make changes in the mobile number and the email, the applicants must tap on the ‘click here‘ button and re-enter the correct Email id and mobile number. Then, click on the submit button. Follow the procedure of OTP verification, and the portal will display the username that can be for proprietary, company, firm, etc.
5th Step: Go back to the service page on the home page and, click the user logins and enter the user’s name, password, and captcha details on the login module. The user will get to the ICEGATE web page.
ICEGATE Login Procedure:
1st Step: Visit theICEGATE Official website i.e. www.icegate.gov.in.
2nd Step: Scroll down the ice gate Home page and click on the User Login/ Signup Option on the Our service Section.
3rd Step: Next, users should enter the user’s name, password and also Enter the captcha code in the column that serves as the security code. Click the submit button.
3rd Step: When the user gets into the ICEGATE page, one can find several options on the left side of the page. Users can utilize as per the requirement.
