iOSMS Pay Slip: The iOSMS V2 services are extended to the West Bengal Training Division. There are six different areas of expertise and they are run by companies.

In 2014, the online submission process in primary education was raised by 727 circles to submit monthly salary requisition that is calculated on the web application named iOSMS. It was here, the State government had integrated OSMS secondary and primary under a single platform.
In 2017, further, several options were integrated and released and an increment module got exclusively introduced in the system. The NIC introduces salary calculations, employee transfer, and some specific features were prioritized.
They were OTP-based login, user management that allows child login, leave module, e-service book, and introduction of iOSMS on Android App. This updated version got framed as iOSMS V2. The same service of
iOSMS V2 Combines to the WB Training Division.
West Bengal Government has cascaded the West Bengal Training Division to iOSMS and the main trainer payslip can be obtained online. All it requires is registration on the web portal for obtaining an online payslip. The official web portal declared by the Government of West Bengal declares an official web portal as www.osms.websed.gov.in.

Important Steps Before Making an Entry to Web Portal

The Process to get the employee Payslip via IOSMS Portal:
1st Step: To download the month-base Payslips/ Salary slips online, the employee should visit the West Bengal OSMS portal i.e. https://osms.wbsed.gov.in/
2nd Step: On the WB Integrated Online Salary Management System Home page, an employee should click on the Login button.
3rd Step: A new login page gets open on the Computer screen. Now, An employee should select the type of User, and enter the Username, and Password.
4th Step: After feeding the details, you need to enter the Captcha code and click on the login button.
5thStep: The entrant will get a paycheck dashboard. Now, the entrant will check the Month-on-month paychecks and download payslips Online.
Teacher Transfer Login via OSMS Portal:
1st Step: West Bengal govt teachers who wish to apply for Teacher transfer must go through the OSMS web portal i.e. https://osms.wbsed.gov.in/.
2nd Step: After checking the OSMS web Portal, teachers should hit on the Teacher Transfer option.
3rd Step: On the Teacher Login page, you need to select the OSMS Type, Present School’s Subdivision, and enter the Teacher Unique Code (OSMS 8 Digit Code), Pan Card Number, and captcha code.
4th Step: Click on the Login button and transfer your Teacher post.
