Jagananna YSR Badugu Vikasam Scheme: The Andhra Pradesh Honorable Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Garu has launched one more effective and Innovative programme on 26th October 2020 Monday at his Camp Office.
After launching the scheme, the CM Garu said that we would like to develop the ST and SC entrepreneurs industries through this scheme”. The new scheme namely AP Jagananna YSR Badugu Vikasam has introduced for the ST and SC Beneficiary People. Under the Badugu Vikasam Scheme, the state government of YS Jaganmohan Reddy is gonna provide high reimbursement in electricity charges and other investment subsidies.
Jagananna YSR Badugu Vikasam List Status 2021 Apply Online SC/ST
The main objective behind to launch of this scheme is to give a Forty-Five Percent Investment subsidy and other special Incentives for the Pople belonging to SC and ST entrepreneurs. This scheme mainly helps the SC/ ST beneficiaries who have lost their complete productions and business during the period of the National Wide lockdown.
So, beneficiaries belonging to SC/ ST categories who have lost their livelihood in the Country-wide lockdown should apply for this scheme and get the 45% Investment Subsidy and other benefits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- To avail of the Badugu Vikasam Jagananna scheme benefits, the Scheduled Category beneficiaries must be Permanent residents of AP. And, he/ She must be the SC/ ST Community of the AP State.
- The ST/ ST beneficiaries who are going to start the Small Scale Industries also will allow applying for this scheme.
- The ST/ ST entrepreneurs who have started the industry in the financial year 2019 also will eligible for this scheme.
Important Details Of the Scheme:
- Under the Jagananna YSR Badugu Vikasam scheme, the entrepreneurs of ST and SC who have already set up the manufacturing units will obtain 45% of the Investment Subsidy from the AP govt.
- On average of fifty Crore budget for SCs and Fifteen Crore budget for STs has provided by the state govt per annum from the financial year 2008-09 to 2020-21.
- Under the AP industrial Policy of 2020-2023, the AP state govt is going to release a special budget for the eligible ST and SC entrepreneurs to develop the Industries in the AP state.
- AP State Grama Volunteers will be allotted to collect the details and information from the SC/ ST eligible applicants.
- Under Badugu Vikasam, the Interest Subsidy for MSMEs will be increased by nine percent. Actually, the Interest Subsidy for MSMEs was 3%. But it is now enhanced by 9% under this New programme.
- 16.2% of Plots in the Industrial parks will be reserved for the SCs and 6% of the Plots will reserve for STs.

The Process to apply for YSR Badugu Vikasam Scheme:
1st Step: Beneficiaries who want to apply for the YSR Badugu Vikasam scheme must meet the Grama Volunteers of AP.
2nd Step: And, take the YSR Badugu Vikasam Scheme application Form. Fill in the Complete details like Applicant Name, Father Name, Age, Gender, Mobile Number, Email ID, Industry type, Industry Name, Licence Number, Aadhar Card Number, Bank Account Details and etc.
3rd Step: After filling the SC/ ST Badugu Vikasam Application form, you need to attach the documents which we listed above.
4th Step: And, Submit your SC/ ST Badugu Vikasam filled application form to the Grama Volunteers.
