Odisha State Government CM Naveen Patnaik Garu has come down with the KALIA Yojana Scheme on 21st December 2018 and he has started this scheme in January 2019. KALIA Yojana Scheme includes 5 types of benefits.
The main motto of these 5 types of benefits are to make the State of Odisha Green and without problems. So CM Naveen Patnaik Garu launched this new Scheme. KALIA Yojana Scheme 5 benefits list:

1. Support for cultivation: In this Scheme, more than 30 lakh Former’s families will get Rs.10000 in Rabi & Kharib seasons.
2. Support for livelihood: The Odisha state govt will sanction the amount of Rs.12500 to Rs.10 lakh for the homeless and needy People who are Staying in Odisha State.
3. Financial assistance: The Financial Support of Rs.10000 per annum will be given by the State govt to all the beneficiaries who don’t have a home and agricultural land in Odisha state and other states.
4. Life insurance cover: Life insurance of Rs.2 lakh to 57 lakh will be provided to all types of beneficiaries like cultivation, livelihood, and homeless people.
5. Interest-free crop loan: The Indian Banking Sectors will provide agriculture loans up to Rs. 1 lakh to 5 lakh with an interest of 25 Paisa. But in this scheme, the Odisha State government will provide a loan up to Rs.50000 at Zero percent Interest.
