Karnataka Janasevaka Scheme is another welfare activity Porgramme launched by the Karnataka State CM Yediyurappa Garu in the year 2021. The State govt of Karnataka has started fifty-three Public Services through this web Portal from February 2021. The Janasevaka Portal has created in 2 languages like English and Kannada.
The main motive of conducting the service in the state language, Kaneda. It is to reach the 53 government services to every Citizen of Karnataka to their doorsteps. The Janasevaka Scheme 2021 was first implemented in the Dasarhalli Constituency of Bengaluru on February 4th, 2021.

Procedure to Book Online Slot at Official Site:
1st Step: Citizens who want to use the Karnataka state Services through the Janasevaka Portal should visit the link i.e. https://www.janasevaka.karnataka.gov.in/English/bookslot.html or Go here.
2nd Step: On the Government of Karnataka Janasevaka Home Page, Citizens will get the ‘Registration Page.’. The Registration Page formate is shown below.
3rd Step: On the registration page, it provides the list of services. Hover the dropbox, enter the department and select the list of documents by clicking the check box.
4th Step: Citizens must make an entry of details such as Name of the citizen, valid 10 digit Mobile Number. In the case of the citizen address section, you need to select District, Ward, Village, Steet and enter the House Number, State, Land Mark, and correct PIN Code.
5th Step: Now, citizens should select the time slot section, in which, select the appointment date and appointment time.
6th Step: Citizens are advised to verify the details and click on the book slot.
Steps for Booking Slot via Mobile App:
1st Step: Open the play store, click the download button of the Karnataka Mobile One app and then click the installation button.
2nd Step: Once the installation is complete, the citizen can have access to the ‘Home Page.’
3rd Step: The Citizen can find a ‘list of services’ on the Home Page.
4th Step: Citizens will need to click the desired service that they want to apply for.
5th Step: For the desired services, it displays the details of the required documents, service fees, etc.
6th Step: Citizens can find the available slots on the display.
Book Online Slot Via Call Centre Number:
- A citizen can dial 080-44554455 and wait for the call connection
- After a call connection, the customer care executive will explain the services, required documents, and service charges.
- After the discussion, citizens will book an appointment according to the slot availability.
- The applicant will get an OTP to the registered mobile number in respect to service delivery.
- Janasevak will visit the applicant’s house and complete the task assigned by the janasevaka service.
- The citizen will have to share the OTP with Janasevak and then the process of application form filling begins.
- The Janasevak will complete the process of scanning the required documents, and upload the desired services.
- Citizens can make a payment of the service charges to the Janasevak.
- The Candidate will get an acknowledgment message on the registered mobile.
- Once the request is fulfilled, Janasevak will hand over the requested certificate to the Citizen.
- The Citizen is requested to provide online feedback and after which the process of service is complete.
The Process to download the Android app of the scheme online:
1st step: Citizens can download the android Karnataka Mobile One app through the Google Play Store by searching the Karnataka Mobile One app on the search button.
2nd Step: Click on the Install Button.
3rd Step: The android app of the Janasevaka scheme will be downloaded on your device.
4th Step: Citizens can use the 53 Karnataka Services by booking the Slot via the app.
Steps to download the IOS (Apple) app of the scheme Online:
1. Visit the apple app store.
2. Download the IOS Karnataka Mobile one apps.
3. Use the List of available services through the IOS app.
