MP Fasal Bima Yojana Programme has implemented by the Madhya Pradesh state government after launching the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana. The Indian Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Garu has introduced the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana which is also called the PMFBY scheme for the Farmer beneficiaries to provide the Bima (Insurance) for their Crop.
Under this PMFBY scheme, the Madhya Pradesh state Farmer beneficiaries will get Insurance from the MP State government for their loss of Crop.
PM Modi has started the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana new Programme to provide financial support for the Farmers who have lost their annual income from their crop.
This scheme will be implemented throughout India. Based on the respective state government orders, the scheme will be implemented in rural areas. Now, the MP State government is asking for the filled registration Forms of PMFBY.
MP Fasal Bima Yojana List 2022 Complete Details
The MP State Chief Minister has released a 45 lakh Crore Special budget for the farmers to give financial help for their loss of Crops. The State government has targeted around 19 lakh beneficiaries to give Bima (Crop Insurance) under the PMFBY scheme.
Mukhyamantri Fasal Bima Yojana Programme has initiated by the MP State CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan Garu on 18th September 2020. So, all Madhya Pradesh state beneficiaries who want to enroll your names can go through the PMFBY portal and apply for this scheme Online.
Objective:
The main objective of the Mukhyamantri Fasal Bima Yojana Programme is to give financial assistance to the farmers who have lost their crops due to Floods or any natural calamity.
The PM Fasal Bima Yojana and MP Fasal Bima Yojana’s main intentions are the same. Under both schemes, the Farmers who have lost crops will get financial support from the state and central government.
PMFBY Programme Financial Help:
Under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna Programme, the rural and Urban area Farmers who have lost their crops due to the floods or any other issues will get an Insurance amount of 1.5% for the Rabi Crops. In the same way, the Farmer beneficiaries will obtain 2% of the insurance premium amount for their Karif Crops.
Five percent of the premium amount will be credited to the Annual Commercial and Horticulture Crops. The beneficiaries can know the Insurance premium amount through the PMFBY portal by checking the Insurance premium Calculator.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. The farmers who are living in the rural and urban areas in Madhya Pradesh state will be eligible for this scheme.
2. The landowners who have 20 acres and above will not eligible for this Bima.
3. Only Poor and BPL Farmers will be allowed to apply for this scheme.
4. The Beneficiaries will not get any Crop Bima from the state or central govt.
5. The state and Central government employees who have lost their crops due to the Floods and other reasons will be eligible for this scheme.

The Process to apply for MP Fasal Bima Yojana:
1st Step: Farmer’s beneficiaries who need to apply for the PMFBY scheme should visit the PMFBY Portal i.e. https://pmfby.gov.in/.
2nd Step: Click on the First Option called the Farmer Corner link.
3rd Step: A New Pop up the window shown on the screen. The Cleared figure is shown below.
4th Step: If the farmers have already registered please provide the Registered mobile Number and Captcha Code. Then, log in to the Page and apply for PMFBY Scheme Online.
5th Step: If the Farmers have not registered can hit on the Guest Farmer link and open the new Farmer Registration Form. Then, applicants can fill in the Farmer details, Residential details, Account details, and hit on the Create User button.
6th Step: After completion of the New Farmer registration process, applicants can log in to the PMFBY page and apply for Crop Insurance Online.
How to check PMFBY Application Status Online?
1st Step: Go to the PMFBY Portal i.e. www.pmfby.gov.in.
2nd Step: Click on the Application Status link.
3rd Step: Enter Receipt Number and Captcha Code.
4th Step: Click on the Check Status button and know the application Status of PMFBY.
