The Procedure to Apply for Duplicate Marks Certificate:

To apply for the SSC Duplicate Certificate, Students of AP & TS should download the Duplicate SSC Proforma from the BSEAP & BSETS websites and follow the steps listed below.

1. AP & TS State Students who want to apply for SSC Duplicate Marks Memo should visit the nearest Police Station and give a complaint regarding the concern and take a copy of the FIR Certificate from the respective Police station.

2. If you wish to apply for the Duplicate Marks Memo through the MRO Office should write a Letter about your concern and submit the Letter to Deputy Tahsildar. Then, you need to collect a copy of the Concern certificate regarding your issue from Deputy Tahsildar.

3. Next, applicants must take an Rs.50/- Stamp paper and give their declaration on the stamp paper. The Stamp paper should be attested by Notary / Junior Civil Judge.

4. Applicants should fill the Duplicate SSC Proforma with the Correct details like Full Name of the Candidate, Date of birth, Passing Year, School Name, Roll number, Year of appearance and etc.

5. After filing the details, you need to stick the Photograph on the SSC Proforma Page.

6. Next, applicants should pay the Treasury Challan of Rs.250/- under the Head.

7. Attach all Copies of Documents with the Duplicate SSC Proforma and send the complete file to the Additional Joint Secretary, Office of the DGE, A.P./ T.S, Hyderabad.
