UP ePass Online apply Process has begun on 14th April 2020. The Uttar Pradesh State government has Officially announced regarding the lockdown extended dates in the press meet on 14th April 2020.
The Lockdown is going to close on 3rd May 2020 in UP State. So that, the Uttar Pradesh State government has started the new scheme namely UP COVID-19 e-Pass to grant permission to the UP Citizens for their emergency works.
The main Objective of UP ePass Scheme is to give permission to the Citizen of UP State to supply daily needs like Milk, Gas, Paper, Water and etc. So People who want to get the UP Curfew e-pass can apply for it online mode.
UP ePass Apply Online for COVID-19 Disaster
On 23rd March 2020, the Indian Prime Minister said in the press meet to shut down the country until 14th April 2020. Due to the Coronavirus crisis, the Central government has taken this dangerous decision.
According to the recent survey, the total positive cases in India till 13th April 2020 is ten thousand and above. So that, the Indian Prime minister Narendra Modi Garu has again come back on 14th April 2020 at 10:00 AM and declared the lockdown extended dates till 3rd May 2020.
In the same way, the UP State govt has also extended the lockdown till 3rd May 2020. So UP State people must follow the government rules & instructions and stay your home safe till May 3rd, 2020. If anyone has emergency works must register your names and apply online for e-pass UP.

How to apply for UP COVID-19 E-pass Online?
To get the UP Epass, beneficiaries can follow the steps which we elaborated below and apply online.
1st Step: First, applicants must go through the direct link i.e. http://164.100.68.164/upepass2/.
2nd Step: And next, you need to click on Apply ePass option. The cleared figure is shown below.
3rd Step: After hitting the Apply E-pass link, you will be redirected to a new page. Here you need to enter your Valid mobile number and OTP. And hit on the Submit option.
4th Step: Then, you will get an application form on the Screen. Applicants can enter the details such as Applicant Name, Date of Birth (eg 25/03/1980), Gender, Complete Address of Applicant, Pass Area (Within District/Across District), District of Applicant, Tehsil Name of Applicant, Pass for Self/Organization, Service Type, Service Description/Reason/Purpose (Max 100 Char), Place of Visit, From Date (eg 25/03/2020), To Date, ID Proof Title (PAN/Voter/AADHAR Card/GST/Licence, etc.) and Vehicle Number.
5th step: After entering the details, you have to upload the documents such as PAN/Voter/AADHAR Card/GST/Licence, Photo of the applicant and Medical Document (Doctor’s Prescription).
6th Step: Finally, APplicants can hit on the submit button. The Verification department will verify the details and send the E-pass coupon to your registered mobile number.
