YSR Jalakala Scheme is going to launch by the Andhra Pradesh state government Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy Garu on 28th September 2020. The YSR Jala Kala Scheme is a part of the YSR Rythu Barosa Scheme. Under this scheme, the Farmer beneficiaries will get free Borewell from the state government.

The AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy Garu has promised after winning the assembly elections to launch the Navaratha Schemes as well as Jalakala Scheme. The Jala Kala Scheme is also called Free Borewell Scheme. The Farmers who want to lay the Borewells in their land will get Financial Support from the state government.

YSR Jalakala Scheme’s main objective is to lay the Free Borewells in their land for the Farmers who have 2.5 acres to 5 acres of land. This scheme will be launched by the AP CM Jagan Garu at his Camp Office today. To apply for this scheme Offline, the eligible farmers can take the application Form from the village Volunteers in the respective regions and places and Submit their filled application forms to the VRO.

After Scrutinised the application Forms by the VRO, the Village Secretariat Board will send the application forms in advance to the geologist to check out the groundwater in their lands. Later, the application will be transferred to the geologist department for final approval.

After getting the final approval, the technician will call the selected farmers and start to lay the boreholes on the farmer’s Land. Then, the boreholes will be drilled by the Contractors Borewell Vehicles and the final bill will be paid by the state govt to the respective Contractors on the basis of the success rate of the Boreholes level.

After the successful completion of Boreholes on the farmer’s land, the farmers should not pay money to the Contractors. The Full amount will be sanctioned by the State govt to the Contractor. To know more details like YSR Jalakala Scheme eligibility Conditions, Mode of application and etc are listed below. 

Eligibility Details:

1. The Farmer’s beneficiaries must have only 2.5 acres of land to Five acres of land to avail of this scheme benefit. If the farmers have less than 2.5 acres of land or more than 5 acres of land, they must collaborate with the neighbor’s land and lay the free borewell.

2. The Farmers must be permanent citizens of Andhra Pradesh and they must have a white ration Card.

3. The Farmers who have to lay the borewell in their land previously will eligible for this scheme if the borewell fails.

4. Beneficiaries who have already constructed the borewell in their land will not eligible for this scheme.

5. This scheme Offer can be availed only once per Farmer.

6. The government employees like the state or Central who have 2.5 to 5 acres of land will not allow applying for this scheme offline or online.

7. The First Priority will be given to the Small, Marginal, SC/ ST/ Women Farmers.

1. Application Form of this scheme

2. White ration Card

3. Land Passbook First and Second Page

4. Address Proof of the Farmer.

Benefits:

The Andhra Pradesh state govt has not only introduced this scheme but also it has designed new software to develop the scheme in rural and urban areas.

When the borehole starts to lay on the farmer’s land, the farmer beneficiary will get an intimation SMS to their registered mobile number. If the First Borehole fails, the geologist will re-check the groundwater again and lay the Second borehole on the beneficiary land.

The drilling borewell contractor will get the Complete Payment by the state govt as per the success rate.

The Process to apply for YSR Jalakala Scheme Offline:

Farmers will have to apply for Free Borewell Scheme by visiting the Village Volunteer and Online as well.

1st Step: To apply for the YSR Jala Kala Scheme Offline, the farmers must contact the village Volunteers and Collect the application form.

2nd Step: And, Feed the details of the applicants such as Farmer’s Name, Father’s Name, Name of the village, Mandal, District, Address, Mobile Number, White Ration Card number, Number of Acres, Aadhar Card Number and etc.

3rd Step: After filling in the details, applicants must attach the Address Proof, Land Passbook First, 2nd Page, Aadhar Card, Ration Card and etc.

4th Step: Then, beneficiaries can lay the signature or Tump print on the application form and submit it to the VRO officer.

Jalakala Beneficiary Online Registration Process:

1st step: The farmer-beneficiaries who want to apply for this scheme online must visit the official link i.e. http://ysrjalakala.ap.gov.in/YSRRB/UserInterface/Application/Admin/BeneficiaryRegistrationPublic.aspx.

2nd step: Enter the Aadhar card Number and One-time password (OTP) to get the Online Borewell application form on the display.

3rd Step: Beneficiaries must select the district, Mandal, panchayat, village, and Habitation, and click on the Go option.

4th step: After selecting the mandatory details, beneficiaries should provide their personal details, Land details, and other required information, and submit the AP YSR Jalakala Scheme application form online.

    1. A lot of people facing the same issue. The Officials will update the new Option to edit the submitted application form through Jalakala Portal. So, please wait for few more days.

  2. most people doesnt have more than 3 or 5 acres land, so please give free bore for poor people like less than 2.5 acres, this is my humble request.

  3. Sir my aadhar number linked with others phone number.I changed my phone number but my number not changed in this site .so they get otp.how can I solve pls give me a solution.Thank u

    1. There is no edit Option given on the application form. You can make sure to change the Details at the nearest Meeseva Centers If it possible.
