Assam Orunodoi Scheme is the state government Programme which is Farmerly launched by the Assam state Financial Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma Garu on 12th August 2020. And, the state government has started to take the Offline application forms from the eligible beneficiaries from August 17, 2020.
The Arunodoi Scheme’s main Ambition is to provide the financial assistance of Rs.830 per month for 17 lakh economically vulnerable families throughout Assam. The First priority will be given to the Windows/ Unmarried Female/ Separated Females and Household female people. Under this scheme, all eligible beneficiaries will get financial support on a monthly basis of eight hundred thirty rupees.
On 12/08/2020, the Assam Finance Minister has announced in the budget speech that the eligible beneficiaries will credit Rs.830 amount every month the first day and this scheme will be implemented from October month 2020. The Beneficiaries will receive an amount of Rs.830 from October 1st onwards, he added. The Minister suggested that the Assam state female and male beneficiaries can submit their filled application form with the enclosed documents to the respective department and get a scheme benefit every month.
Assam Orunodoi Scheme Complete Details:
Under the Arunodoi Scheme, the Unprevillages families and economically vulnerable families will be benefited from the financial assistance by DBT. The scheme amount of eight hundred rupees would be transferred to the selected applicant’s bank accounts directly on a monthly basis. And every month of the first day, the Assam Finance department will transfer the amount.
Scope of the Scheme:
The state government of Assam is going to give monthly financial assistance to all the eligible beneficiaries for procuring Medicines, 50% subsidy for four KG Sugar, 50% subsidy for four KG pulses, Fruits, and vegetables. The Financial support of Rs.400 will be given for procuring Medicines to take care of their health issues, Rs.200 will be given for 4 KG pulses, Rs.80 will be given for 50% subsidy for four KG sugar. And the rest of the amount Rs.150 will be given for Fruits and vegetables.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. The beneficiaries who want to apply for this scheme must be Permanent residents of Assam state.
2. The Household income of the family must not cross two lakhs per annum.
3. The applicant’s nominee must have an active bank account and the nominee name must be matched with the Bank account Name.
4. Only the Women beneficiaries will allow sending their scheme-filled applications.
5. The applicants who are working in state or central govt or any reputed organizations will not allow applying this scheme.
6. Those who need to submit the scheme application must have a minimum of 18 years old.
Target Beneficiaries:
1. The state govt has targeted female beneficiaries to help them by providing financial support. Under this scheme, the First preference will be given to the Windows/ Unmarried Female/ Separated Females and Household female beneficiaries. This scheme will cover other state and central govt schemes.
2. The 2nd Priority will give very poorer families.
Money Transfer on DBT Mode:
After checking the applications, the finance department of Assam will transfer the Scheme amount Rs.830 to the applicant’s bank account through the Direct transfer method. The scheme amount will be transferred to the applicant’s given bank account only. No 3rd party will involve transferring the Scheme amount to the eligible beneficiaries.

Applicants should submit a Filled application form along with enclosed files such as Applicants Identity Proof, Permanent resident address Proof, Aadhar Card, Income Certificate, Domicile Document, and active Bank account Passbook Frontpage.
Note: Applicants are requested that you have to submit only a copy of the documents. No need to submit Orignal documents.

1st Step: First, the Beneficiaries who want to apply for the “Arunodoi” scheme must visit the Official Portal i.e. https://finance.assam.gov.in/.
2nd Step: And, search for the Orunodoi Scheme Application form PDF File on the home page.
3rd Step: Fill the application form completely without mistakes and attach the enclosed documents.
4th Step: Next, beneficiaries must send the filled Orunodoi scheme application form along with necessary documents to the finance department of Assam.
