Haryana polytechnic Application Form DTE has been revealed by the Department of Technical Education Haryana for admissions in Diploma/ Polytechnic and Engineering courses and invited filled application forms from the Matriculation passed out students. The online registration process for HSTES admissions has started on August 1st, 2022.
The students who are seeking admissions into the Haryana state govt and private Polytechnic colleges for the new academic year 2022-2023 must complete the application form online and submit it to the respective board on or before the date.

The HSTES every year offers technical courses for the 10th holding students and fills the vacant seats in the diploma engineering and pharmacy courses. As per the regular academic schedule, the Haryana State Technical Education Society will start to take the admissions in June month. But due to the country-wide lockdown, the HSTES board has cancelled to take admissions in June month and it has rescheduled the dates in august month 2020. The new application process has begun on 1st august 2020 to take admissions in Diploma 1st year engineering and other department courses.
The HSTES will not conduct the entrance test to take admissions in the respective technical courses. The Higher officials will select the applicants based on the score obtained in the Matriculation or equivalent courses. Applicants who want to get admissions in Diploma in 1st year engineering and other courses can use the below-shared link and apply online. The Haryana DTE application procedure will be done online mode only. There is no 3rd party websites that will involve taking the application forms from the applicants.
Important Instructions:
1. Candidates must fill the Haryana DTE 2020 application online mode only.
2. No candidates will be permitted to send the application via post or courier.
3. Applicants must send a filled DTE form with the attached documents before 3rd September 2020.
4. The diploma in engineering courses admission application process has started on 1st August 2022.
5. Applicants must scan the photo, and signature and upload it in JPG format.
6. Incomplete and incorrect Haryana DTE applications will be rejected by the higher authority and returned to the applicant’s mail.

Eligibility Criteria:
For Diploma Engineering Course:
Education Qualification: Candidates who want to get admissions in Diploma Engineering Courses must complete the 10th or any equivalent Courses from state or central govt universities or institutes.
Pass percentage & marks: Applicants must score minimum qualifying marks of 35% for OC and OBC Category and the reserved category like SC/ ST must have 33% of marks.
For Diploma Engineering Lateral Entry:
Education Qualification: The students must possess 12th Class with Core Subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and maths or 12th Class vocational Courses.
Pass percentage & marks: Aspirants should get a minimum of 35% marks in the respective courses like 12th or NSQF level 4.
Application fees:
- After filling the Haryana DTE application form, the general candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs.500.
- The reserved girls must pay the application fee of RS. 200.
- Candidates should pay the payment via debit card/ credit card/ net banking/ Paytm.
- Candidates who want to submit Haryana Diploma application forms offline must pay the fee via e- challan through axis or Punjab national bank.

The Process to apply for DTE Haryana Polytechnic:
1st Step: First, Candidates must head over to the Official portal of Haryana HSTES i.e. http://www.hstes.org.in/.
2nd Step: And, Tap on the Apply Now button.
3rd Step: Then, you will get the course links on Screen. Candidates need to select the Course which you need to apply and view it on the fresh page.
4th Step: Next, aspirants must click on Apply Now option.
5th Step: Read the instructions that are given on the DTE Haryana Page and click on I agree on option.
6th Step: Next, Candidates must select the course and click on the Continue button.
7th Step: Fill out the Haryana DTE application Form Online and upload the Scanned Photo, Signature, and required documents.
8th Step: Pay the Application Fee by using Netbanking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card and etc.
9th Step: Now, applicants will get the Conformation page. Candidates need to verify the details and submit the application form.
