MP Jansunwai Complaint Registration: The Government of Madhya Pradesh launches Madhya Pradesh Jansunwai Yojana 2023, a citizen service portal. In which, the major beneficiary is the people of the Madhya Pradesh State. Now, the government will address the common man’s problems over digital media. People can feel free and lodge complaints then the Government department will troubleshoot the problems. Most of the time, peoples’ complaints and grievances remain unattended for various reasons.

But now, as and when the people upload their complaints, the Government makes it a point in attending to them promptly. In this method, the Government is able to save time, expenditure, and manpower. When it comes to the common man, they can reach the government through a portal. They can represent a complaint in a hassle-free manner.

The portal allows the complainant to register their problems on the official website at www.dic.mp.nic.in. Who can enroll for portal service? Any permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh can enroll for portal services. That means, people belonging to Urban and Rural can post their complaints on the portal.

MP Jansunwai Complaint Registration – Easy to make Complaints in 2023 Process:

1st Step: An applicant can lodge a complaint easily in the Madhya Pradesh Jansunwai Yojana web portal. The Official direct link is http://dic.mp.nic.in/panna/appmonitor/

2nd Step: The applicant shall open the homepage on the browser. On clicking the options button that contains ‘file online application/complaint’, a form will go on display.

3rd Step: The applicant will need to fill in the required information such as applicant details, mobile numbers, the district, etc. Once the complete details are filled in, the applicant shall have to click the submit button.

4th Step: On doing so, the applicant’s complaint will get registered. After a review of the applicant’s complaints, a hearing date will be issued by the concerned department. If the problem needs greater focus and it is a matter of urgency, then even CM will intervene.

Tracking of the complaint in MP Jansunwai Yojana:

1st Step: An applicant can note the status of the complaint registered and it is possible on entering the official website. The website is www.dic.mp.nic.in. 

2nd Step: On the home page, an applicant can find an option that refers to the status of the application.

3rd Step: The details such as district, application ID, and so on shall be entered and set for the submit button. Once, it is submitted, the status of the application shall be put on display.
